Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated: 26 April 2026

This statement is published by Allied ESM Ltd in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps we have taken to understand and address the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

1. Introduction

Allied ESM is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our business or in our supply chains.

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms — slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking — all of which share in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

2. About Allied ESM

Allied ESM Ltd is an IT Service Management (ITSM) consultancy based in London, UK. We are a specialist Halo ITSM partner, delivering implementation, configuration, consulting, and managed services to enterprise clients in the UK.

  • Registered address: 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom
  • Company number: 16274973 (registered in England & Wales)
  • Founded: February 2026

Allied ESM is a professional services company. Our workforce comprises skilled technology consultants and business professionals. We do not operate in sectors traditionally associated with high modern slavery risk, such as manufacturing, agriculture, or construction.

3. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains are limited in scope and primarily consist of:

  • Technology platforms and software vendors — including Halo Service Solutions (our primary platform partner) and other enterprise software providers
  • Professional services sub-contractors — individual consultants or small firms engaged to support project delivery, who are assessed before engagement
  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers — including services such as Vercel for website hosting and other cloud-based platforms
  • Office and business services suppliers — including providers of communications, finance, and administrative services

The nature of our business means our supply chains involve primarily skilled professional workers and established technology companies. We consider the risk of modern slavery within our direct supply chains to be low. However, we take this risk seriously and work to understand and mitigate it.

4. Our Policies

Allied ESM maintains a number of internal policies and standards that support our commitment to preventing modern slavery:

  • Recruitment and employment standards: we comply with all applicable UK employment legislation, including requirements relating to minimum wage, working hours, right to work checks, and the prohibition of forced or child labour. We use reputable recruitment processes and verify the right to work of all employees and contractors before engagement.
  • Supplier standards: we expect all suppliers, sub-contractors, and business partners to share our commitment to ethical conduct and to operate in a manner consistent with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
  • Whistleblowing: we encourage anyone with concerns about modern slavery or any other ethical issue in our business or supply chains to raise them without fear of retaliation. Concerns can be raised with any director of Allied ESM or by contacting us at info@alliedesm.com.

5. Due Diligence Processes

We take the following steps to assess and manage the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains:

  • Conducting checks on new suppliers, sub-contractors, and business partners before engagement, including reviewing their public policies and published modern slavery statements where available
  • Including appropriate contractual provisions in agreements with suppliers and sub-contractors regarding compliance with applicable laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015
  • Verifying the right to work of all individuals engaged directly by Allied ESM in the UK, in accordance with Home Office guidance
  • Maintaining visibility of our supply chain so that we understand who our suppliers are and the nature of their operations

6. Risk Assessment

Allied ESM operates in the professional technology services sector. Based on our assessment of our business activities and supply chains, we consider the risk of modern slavery to be low for the following reasons:

  • Our workforce is highly skilled, well-compensated, and operates in regulated professional environments in the UK
  • Our supply chains primarily involve established technology companies and professional service providers operating in jurisdictions with strong labour protections
  • We do not operate in high-risk sectors such as manufacturing, food production, agriculture, construction, or hospitality
  • We do not source physical goods from high-risk regions or engage in complex global manufacturing supply chains

We keep our risk assessment under review as our business grows and our supply chains evolve.

7. Training and Awareness

Allied ESM ensures that its directors and staff are aware of their obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and understand how to identify and respond to potential signs of modern slavery or human trafficking.

As a small and growing company, we currently address awareness through direct communication with all team members. We will develop more formalised training resources as our team grows and our operations scale.

8. Approval

This statement has been approved by the directors of Allied ESM Ltd and will be reviewed and updated annually or sooner if there are material changes to our business or supply chains.
