We're proud to share that CDP, the world's environmental disclosure system, went live on Halo ITSM in Q1 2026.

Allied ESM delivered a full implementation in under three months — replacing TopDesk, migrating three years of historical service data, and deploying a multi-department self-service portal. CDP now has structured workflows, real-time KPI dashboards, and full internal ownership of the platform.

A non-profit organisation. A global mission. And a modern ITSM platform to match.

CDP is one of the most recognised names in global environmental disclosure — the platform through which thousands of companies, cities, and states report their environmental impact. Behind that public mission is an IT function that needed a service management platform capable of keeping pace with their international operations. TopDesk had served them, but the move to Halo gave CDP a more flexible, more capable platform at a significantly better price point.

The data migration was among the more complex elements of the engagement — three years of service records moved without losing the audit trail that matters in a compliance-conscious organisation. The multi-department self-service portal now means staff across CDP's global offices can raise, track, and resolve IT requests through a single, consistent interface. Full implementation delivered in under three months and handed over to a team that's entirely self-sufficient from day one.
