A ServiceNow Certified Master Architect with over 20 years of experience, Jeremy spent nearly seven years at ServiceNow as a Senior Solution Architect, working with Fortune 150 clients on AI-led workflows and Agentic AI. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Jeremy leads our US presence and technology strategy — bringing deep enterprise platform expertise to a business built around making Halo work exceptionally well for every client.
His arrival marks a significant step in Allied ESM's ambition to operate at global scale.
Jeremy's background spans both sides of enterprise service management — deep delivery experience and genuine platform strategy. His decision to co-found Allied ESM reflects a conviction we share: that organisations deserve better options than the legacy vendors that have dominated this space for a decade, and that the right partner should be helping them get there faster and for less.
With Jeremy leading our US presence, Allied ESM can now support clients across time zones, deliver projects in North America, and bring the same depth of implementation expertise we've built in the UK to a new market. The ambition was always to operate globally. This makes it real.
