Customer Commitment

We keep demands on your team light. Here's what we need from you:

Active participation from key stakeholders in Weeks 1–2 workshops — this shapes the build spec
A nominated decision-maker authorised to sign off the design in Week 3
Customer-led UAT in Week 6 — the consultant is on standby for blockers only
Access credentials, user data, and system info provided ahead of the build phase
Not in scope — Phase 2 opportunities

What comes after go-live

These are excluded to keep delivery focused and on budget. All are available as follow-on work once you're live and settled.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions, answered directly.

What is included in the Standard Deployment Plan?
The Standard Deployment Plan covers the full implementation lifecycle: a dedicated discovery workshop to define your service catalogue and processes, complete platform configuration, integrations with your existing tools, a full user acceptance testing cycle, end-user and administrator training, and a supported go-live. A 30-day hyper-care period after launch is included in the fixed price.
How long does the Standard Deployment Plan take?
The Standard Plan runs over 8 weeks from project kick-off to go-live. Weeks 1–2 cover discovery and solution design. Weeks 3–6 cover platform build and integration. Weeks 7–8 cover user acceptance testing, training, and go-live. The timeline is fixed and milestone-driven so both parties know exactly where the project stands at every stage.
What does the Standard Deployment Plan cost?
The Standard Deployment Plan starts from £25,000 as a fixed price, inclusive of all delivery effort. There are no day-rate extensions or variable charges. If Allied ESM requires additional effort beyond what was scoped, that is absorbed within the fixed price — you pay only what was agreed before the project started.
What integrations are covered in the Standard Plan?
The Standard Plan covers your primary integrations — typically Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory or Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, and monitoring tools such as Zabbix or SolarWinds. More complex integration work such as HR system connectors or bespoke API development is scoped and quoted separately as an optional addition before the project begins.
What happens after go-live on the Standard Deployment Plan?
After go-live, Allied ESM provides a 30-day hyper-care period where the delivery team remains available to resolve issues and fine-tune the configuration based on real usage patterns. After hyper-care, organisations can move to a Managed Services arrangement for ongoing support, or operate independently using Halo's built-in support channels and documentation.
