Halo is an enterprise service management platform. Allied ESM started life as a Halo ITSM partner. We now implement across the whole platform: ITSM for IT teams, CRM for sales teams, and PSA for managed service providers.
Same team. Same way of working. One Halo licence underneath all of it.
Three products, one platform
Halo ITSM
Incident, problem, change and request management, with CMDB, SLAs and a self-service portal. ITIL-aligned and AI-powered.
Explore Halo ITSM →Halo CRM
Pipeline, quoting, campaigns and account management in one place. Built for teams moving off Salesforce or HubSpot.
Explore Halo CRM →HaloPSA
Service desk, billing, time tracking, contracts and projects, built for managed service providers.
Explore HaloPSA →More than IT
ITSM is where most organisations start, but it is not where Halo stops. The same structured workflows, approvals and self-service portal that run your IT service desk can run the rest of the business too.
- HR — onboarding and offboarding, leave and absence, training requests. HR service management →
- Facilities — maintenance requests, room and desk booking, visitor management. Facilities service management →
- Finance and legal — procurement approvals, contract queries and compliance tasks.
Your staff get one portal for everything they need, whichever team handles it. That is what enterprise service management means, and it is where our name comes from. Read more about Halo ESM.
Why one platform matters
Most organisations run IT, HR, facilities and sales on separate tools. Each is bought on its own contract, sits on its own data, and has to be joined to the others at extra cost.
Halo builds all of it on one platform. The customer record your sales team works from is the same one your service desk sees, and a new starter's HR request can trigger their IT setup in the same system. There is nothing to sync, because there is only one system.
One licence, no tiers
Halo has one price list across every product. One agent licence covers ITSM, CRM and PSA, with every module, AI and integration included. There are no editions and no bolt-ons.
That means you can start with one team and bring the next one on when you are ready, with no new contract. Our Halo pricing page explains how it works.
Moving from another tool?
We have written plain-English guides for the most common moves:
- ServiceNow to Halo
- Salesforce to Halo and HubSpot to Halo
- HaloPSA vs ConnectWise and HaloPSA vs Autotask

What this means if you work with us
If you already run Halo ITSM with us, you can bring sales onto the same platform with the partner who already knows your setup.
If you are looking at Halo for the first time, you get one partner who can scope the whole platform, rather than one supplier per product.
